30th Vienna City Marathon
April 14, 2013. The Vienna City Marathon is the major sporting event in
Vienna. This year the world-famous running challenge celebrates its 30th
anniversary. Again, more than 25.000 runners from about 70 nations can
experience Vienna with all its particularities at the double quick.

“Oper live am Platz” (Opera live on the Square)
April, May, June, September 2013. Beginning in April the Vienna State
Opera again broadcasts selected performances live on a 50 m² large
outdoor screen at Herbert-von-Karajan Square (next to the opera building
along the Ringstrasse). Entry is free of charge! Performances are shown

Exhibition: “Az W Gold.The Collection”
March 21–July 22, 2013. The Architekturzentrum Wien is turning 20 –
the right time for a special exhibition that showcases the unknown Az W
collection. The exhibition invites to take an open look at the collected
